As you can gather from the position title, this is an incredibly varied position. There is enormous opportunity for growth, compensation increase, and becoming an integral and potentially influential part of a company. It will start off slow as you learn, but there are no limits to where you can take this role.

PREFERENCE GIVEN TO PEOPLE WITH ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
INBOUND MARKETING & WEB UPDATES
Make updates to websites, insert content into websites (training provided)
Perform research for marketing campaigns, blog posts, newsletters, etc. in a variety of industries
Create & run social media campaigns
Draft content production (think snappy, emotionally engaging copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, etc.)
Participate in fun brainstorming meetings
Type up and send estimates & invoices in Freshbooks (training provided)
Assign expense categories in Freshbooks (training provided)
Schedule client appointments
Manage task list & priorities for two owners
Create and maintain simple customer relationship application
Proactively follow-up as needed
Attend weekly management meeting to review projects & priorities
COMPENSATION & HOURS
$12 per hour to start. Generous annual increase for the right person.
15 – 25 hours a week to start (if you can be flexible, that would be very helpful). Could grow to full-time.
Quarterly bonus (up to $500) based on meeting performance goals
10% Commission on any business you personally bring in (We do not expect you to sell! This is just a nice perk if it happens).
